Bumbly Boo

Poetry
Bumbly Boo

Bumbly Boo
Was one too
He wasn't one of the other
Despite that
He was so fat
Just unlike his mother..

He tried to be
What others see
His coat was all afire
And yet they bet
That he could get
Something warm and dire

Off he swam
Up to the damn
That held the forest high
To get the thing
He had to bring
For others cold and dry

His task was done
In nightfall's sun
The sky was heard to quiver
Back in home
Inside his dome
On warm nights, made him shiver.

So..…  Here's to you
Oh Bumbly Boo
Oh he of rounded face
You are one
Completely done
A muddied man in grace.
